Blue Velvet ships from Puerto Rico, with processing taking 2-3 days. Shipping notifications are provided at each stage. They are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages—customers should contact USPS for lost items. Returns must be made within 15 days in original condition, with the customer covering return shipping costs. Items without tags, or that are worn, altered, or damaged, will not be accepted. Sale items, jewelry, swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.
