Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico

How long does it take to deliver?

All orders are processed and shipped Monday and Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update. We take 2-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

How is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for: Your package’s tracking number Your package is out for delivery Your package has arrived If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us via bluevelvetpr@gmail.com

Packages stolen, damage or lost

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Blue Velvet cannot be held responsible. Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.

Returns and exchanges policy

(Note: Due to the Covid-19 no returns are being accepted for the moment) For returns please email bluevelvetpr@gmail.com and explain the reason for the return. Please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition, including all tags, within 15 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer. Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.

What can i not return?

Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits they are final sale.

We do not make refunds, only credit to the store.
