They are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages—customers should contact USPS for lost items. Returns must be made within 7 days in original condition, with the customer covering return shipping costs. Items without tags, or that are worn, altered, or damaged, will not be accepted. Sale items, jewelry, swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned.
